TREATMENT POLICY

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for treatment and refer to our full treatment policies

AGE LIMITATION

Flinders SkinSpa welcomes guests aged 16 years and older to enjoy Spa treatments.


PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Enhance your wellness experience by arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In consideration of other guests, late arrivals will be subject to a time reduction from the scheduled treatment.

TREATMENT PREPARATION

Please arrive at your appointment with clean skin. We provide refresher towels for you to use to freshen up with in private prior treatment. Your therapist will use warm towels or soaks to cleanse your feet before any massage and spa body treatments. We recommend that men shave the morning of their scheduled facial. To prepare for waxing, exfoliate skin well the night before and avoid perfumes and moisturisers on the day of treatment. For lash treatments please arrive without makeup. 

SPA ENVIRONMENT & MOBILE PHONES

We strive to provide you with the most relaxing and tranquil environment, so we respectfully request that you switch off mobile phones. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Whilst in Flinders SkinSpa, we ask that you kindly respect the staff, facilities, policies and the enjoyment of other guests. We operate a very positive, professional and caring environment. 

STAIRS & LIFTS

Due to staircases and no lifts, Flinders SkinSpa is unsuitable for wheelchairs, prams or for some elderly or mobility-impaired guests. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

SPA CONSIDERATIONS

At the time of booking, please notify the spa if you have any medical conditions so when can advise the best treatment for you.  Whilst all care is taken, Flinders SkinSpa cannot guarantee any of our treatments are completely free from traces of allergens, or appropriate for any medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional. Patients being treated for chronic medical conditions or cancer should provide a written clearance from their doctor.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A prepayment is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.

If you cannot make your appointment or you need to re-schedule, we require a minimum of 6hrs advance notice. We regret that 100% charge of total services will be charged if notice is not given.

Respectfully, late cancellations or changes incur the full appointment fee unless the place can be refilled.


VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12months from the date of purchase and the recipient is welcome to gift it forward to someone else to use, however the same expiry date will apply. The treatment should be quoted at the time of booking your appointment and presented on arrival. Should you provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment booked using a gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase products, gift cards or discounted packages/ promotions. Please keep your card safe as it can not be replaced if lost of stolen.
